I only pop the FMQ foot on, release some of the tension on the presser foot and start sewing. When I dropped the feed dogs, I was too erratic. I may try again now that I've done a few quilts.

Smiles, the Two Spools are still around - antique or vintage, of course. The vintage board has several members who own and use them. I still like my 301 for quilting!
