    I finished the rest of the 30 9 patches yesterday, and discovered that it is best to use a slightly shorter length stitch, then there is even less room...

    Each sub square was cut at 4" as I already had some cut, so finished 9 patch 10.5, but I will be cutting them up then resewing into D9P :wink: :D
