I think she was doing her own version of...

I think she was doing her own version of ambrosia. I just looked up the recipe and fromt what i can see, the only thing i was missing was the sugar - I know she beat the cream. and added the fruit....

Anyone know what Grandma Did?

When I was little, grandma always made this stuff with what I think was whipping cream, diced apples with their skins on, chopped walnuts. More than that I can't say. Any ideas what I need to do to...
