We have had a very good JoAnn shop here great employees always friendly and helpful but now I'm worried they wil become like our local Hancocks which is a good place to stay out of the employees act...

I worked for Safeway Grocery store for years a lot of what you said sounds like my days at work needless to say the day the customer does not come first that is when the store will close everyone...
