I'm too lazy to sew the ends, just tuck and keep...
I'm too lazy to sew the ends, just tuck and keep sewing the seam. The last picture is the binding folded over like it would look on one side of a quilt.

If I have to spend more then a minute joining my binding edges then it's not a good method for me. Here are pictures of my binding method.

If you cut bias strips with the bias ruler and the fabric is folded you will get a half a picture frame. That is what the poster is asking about.

I fold the end of my starting strip into a hst...
I fold the end of my starting strip into a hst and tuck the other end of the binding inside just enough to hid the raw edge with no extra bulk in the binding. No measuring or twisting or sewing ends...
