again.. this works fantastic for me.. you have to make your own...

the speed provided by the dimmer helped me to do my first applique piece without my "lead foot" interfering.. I was able to keep a steady pace and build my confidence so that I can do 21 more blocks..

It regulates the voltage going thru the pedal to the motor. Just like a dimmer switch for your lights in the home. Your machine plugs into the dimmer switch,,the dimmer switch plugs into the wall....
