No, Lynnie, I don't think it would be. I think it will be a little slower to use due to the manual power, but I'll know for sure after I have my 99K back from the shop.

There is a quilt shop near me that has two FWs for sale at nearly $500 each! Nope, not buying. I had the opportunity to get two several years ago in the $250-$260 price range, and my DH came home...

I have had 3 FWs...DH came home from an estate sale several years ago, having paid $175 for the one he brought home...works beautifully! The other two I had purchased, and neither of those were over...
