You have to have one that has been altered to fit...
You have to have one that has been altered to fit a 301 see Sew-classic for more info - you can get them already altered or you can get one and she will send instructions if you buy from her

You can get needles at Joann's. you can buy bobbins there too but they arent as good as the vintage bobbins or the ones I've ordered from Sew-Classic. Jenny also has the attachments for sale.

They do work great for FM and they are cheap to buy - easy to repair too. You just have to get the things threaded right - the tension and the needle - once you learn you are good to go.

I've not had one - I am working on a 319 - I think the 306 just uses disks - no camstack. It does take different needles - sew classic has them - I think other places carry them as well. Look it over...

Ha - I can pull a 301 motor in about 2 minutes...
Ha - I can pull a 301 motor in about 2 minutes unless the screw is stuck.
