I do my piecing on the treadle and my quilting on...
I do my piecing on the treadle and my quilting on my 50's model Singer. I first learned to sew on a treadle...it was a Christmas gift from my husband (a Red Eye), but I didn't know how to sew....

What a neat thread! My husband and I love to collect antique machines too...treadles and hand cranks. We're up to 16 and almost out of room in the house. :)
