The best I can tell, it would be: 3 cups rye...
The best I can tell, it would be: 3 cups rye flour, 1 tsp. Yeast, 1 cup water, and 1 tsp. Salt. The conversion varied with each ingredient. And yes.. bake at 400 degrees.
