It's regretable that your children took offense...

It's regretable that your children took offense about your not wanting the temptation and empty calories of their gifts. I would have no problem with giving them away to someone who can enjoy them...

How depressing is this? I saw my dr. for a regular checkup (hypertension!) this morning. Not only did I have a weight gain of 4 pounds since late August, but also the old BP was waaaay up there...

Count me in. Meanmom, I know what you mean about the cravings.. we read about our body going into starvation mode when we don't eat enough or skip meals. Well, I say my mind is in starvation mode...
