Novice-for-Now....great tip on freezing the evaporated (not condensed) milk. I prefer regular evaporated milk but 2% will work.

I had no idea the recipe started...

A super light and easy dessert - this melts in your mouth. I never have leftovers

1 3oz package lemon-flavor gelatin
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cup sugar or Splenda for Baking
1 cup cold water...
