WOW!!! This is fantastic!!!! I wish I could have lost that much! Having had knee, then foot surgery, I had not been able to walk in a long time. I can get around for what I need to do fine now...

I have lost about 50 lbs over the last 13...

I have lost about 50 lbs over the last 13 months. I am very happy. Have more to go but will continue working on it
