I purchased a Baby Lock Ellure for a bit less than $500 on ebay. It worked great. Then I bought an Ellure Plus for a $1,000 and sold the first one. They do a 5 x 7 inch field.

I agree. Many of the quilters I am acquainted with have embroidery machines. Everyone I know who has an embroidery machine would love to learn to do more on them and certainly more tricks and tips....
