"Time Out" sounds like a punishment to sit and sulk rather than soak. Spa or marinate sound slightly better, though whatever you call it I'm sure the machines are grateful!

Looks like the wrong bobbin to me also. I have and love my old '76 Kenmore. Been a while since I bought bobbins- I think it takes a metal class 15, but would have to check to be sure.

I saw one with beautiful mother of pearl decorations in a private collection in MA. Also at the Adirondack museum in NY there's one where the box cover unfolds to make a lovely large sewing surface....
