I had one over twenty years ago that hooked up some what like that I wish i could remember how it was done.I know the foot an the machine plugs into the little outlet plug.then the outlet plug pluges...

com off like the one in the picture i put on here or is it permanately attiched.

if i'm not mistaken they plug into the back of the machine behind motor.
an this isn't mine i found it on web sight.Under electric hygiene sewing machine.
