huskyquilter--I like to be able to just grab a baggie and sew when I have time. I did that with the Farmers Wife Pony Club quilt and it worked out well so I figured I would do the same thing again....

Yay! I have fabrics for the first 6 blocks cut and ready to go. Papers through 70 are printed, through 50 are cut and measured. I will be cutting more tonight.

sunrise450--for 30s solids, you can use kona solids or I know others use a different company but can't think of it now...

happylab: It's great that you are joining us. :) Make sure you have the Farmers Wife 1930s book...it just came out this month. At 2 blocks/week, it will take approx 50 weeks to finish the blocks...
