Thank you both, I was pretty happy with her out come. Now I have to start on the treadle, someone painted it with a very sloppy brown paint so on to stripping and refinishing the cabinet! :-)

Thank you so much, Nancy, yes the treadle legs say Raymond on it, the machine is in pretty rough shape. I might be fooling myself but i thought it would be a good project to try and get her cleaned...
