Ok, I give up! I cut them down to match the ruler and I only have 2/3rd of the circle! :-(

I did 1/4" on all of them. I took my time so they were all the same. 20 of them didn't cut it. To get a circle or resemblance of one I have to use 40. The circle is 14" across which is ridiculous....
