Yes, using Tri-Flow after regular sewing machine oil will cause no troubles. I used sewing machine oil at first, then switched to T-F after oiling sever machines and it actually helped...

If you are sure of the 14.5" length with the motor in the middle of the adjustment travel, then I'd start with the black V-Belt # 196386. There are several cogged belts in the same size...
