No stitch length lever or port in the body casting for one

Dija notice the needles in the accessory box were Organ brand 16x231? I wonder if this machine takes that needle system or if someone just put the stray needles in the box?

I "think" it's a specialty machine made to do ruffling or cording or something like that. It's not a regular sewing machine.
I've seen them set up with the additional shafts and pieces to do...

Opinions requested

For the most part when we discuss a 15 Clone it's a Japanese or other Asian made copy of the Singer model 15, with a few embellishments.

So, in your opinion is the machine featured in this auction...
