Yes my dutch oven is the enameled cast iron kind, so I should give it another shot. And cook it longer, but I don't want to toast the darn thing.

Ok, I made this bread but it turned out a little...
Ok, I made this bread but it turned out a little too wet on the side. It must be how I made the recipe so will try again, maybe baking a little longer. I used the dutch oven but not entirely sure...
