Designer One the newer version of 1+ . Also has drop in bobbin.

The 1+ also does pictograms, which means it has pieces and parts of designs you can embroider without a hoop.

You need to drop feed dogs, put machine on straight stitch at 0. Did the 1+ have a setting for presser foot height? I know you can set pressure. I think you used the hopping darning foot. You should...
