I am the OSMG, if you get one thats decent they will straighten that arm while you wait. most will want to only replace the part

two screws hold the top on, with that removed look in the presser bar area , but if it hits the face plate this won't do a thing to solve that.

Arch is right there is a eccentric screw. it will adjust the height of the lever a little probably plenty to correct the hitting at the bottom.

It's not behind the lever.. take the top...

what works ever better to bend stuff like this is a piece of tubing slipped over the arm or like a deep well 1/4" socket with an extension as a handle
