Billy or whomever, I've got a quick question. Wasn't sure if I should ask here or in the disassembly/cleaning section. I've been tinkering around with my new (to Me) FW and so far she seems to be humming along just fine. There's a bit of a knock, but I guess that will work itself out as I clean it and lube it. My question is regarding the tension. I've tried it in several different positions and from the back everything looks fine, but from the front it doesn't look like stitches. It just looks like a piece of string. No distinction in the stitches. Due to bad eyesight I have a CCTV. I put the fabric on it and checked it out and there is no distinguishable difference between a setting of 1 1/2 and 7 on the upper thread tension. Do I need to take it apart and clean/adjust it?
