I have had the exact same issue. I sent an email to the administrator and have not received a reply. It's been at least a month.

When I try to login, I get a message that my username is inactive. I do not know how to contact the administater to request that it be activated. I try to re-register and get a message that my email address is already in use. So, I am locked out and cannot ask for help.
