OK, so this morning I couldn't contain my curiosity any longer and decided to see what my other machines are.
1. Singer 237, was my mom's machine altho she never used it. I used it alot when I was young. She bought it to replace a black portable Singer that didn't work any longer. Sure wish she kept that one too.
2. JCPenney 6401. The 1st machine that I ever bought. Purchased in 1975. I couldn't find anything about it online but didn't look too hard.
Both of these machines are complete and work and are clean too!
3. White model 565 in a cabinet. Was my mother in law's. Paperwork says she bought it 4-22-1966. I've never tried to use it, it's been hanging around here for years!
Waiting on my belt for the 9W Singer. After I get that one cleaned and running I'll start working on the others if needed.
