That pattern is also in the book that I made my spiral circle from. It is the sprial circle with one seam open to make the skirt nad then you put on a lace or a ruffle or prairie points like I did with the tree skirt that I made. The book is Quilts Without Corners and the pattern is designed by Cheryle Phillips. Very pretty, I bet it would look nice under a silver tree or a white one.
