lol yeah, it certainly is. I know my Mom used clothespin bags all the time. Back then you hung out your clothes and even before she died, she would only dry a few things, the rest went on the clothesline.
Mama did that, too. In the winter time the clothes would freeze in the breeze. When she got to where she couldn't get out much, she would use her hanging quilting frame if she didn't have a quilt in it. She never had an electric dryer.
