i know absolutely nothing about stack and whacks...
however you might get enough contrast if you use the rose arbor on yellow...with a more solid white(maybe a tone on tone)a more of a butter yellow than the pale and pick out the dark blue...
but whatever you figure on doing...that is some gorgeous fabric you have found
