The trigger finger can be helped with an injection of a steriod. My son is a specialist in Rehab Medicine and gave me an injection over a year ago for my trigger finger and I haven't had any more problems. It's magic! His specialty is called a Physiatrist. You might check with one as they specialize in non-surgical treatment.
