Hi, I have a janome 300E, and love it. The one thing I do not like, is that it has no usb port option for transferring the designs directly from the pc. You have to buy a card, and a card reader for that, but they are not expensive at all. Also, $999.00 is a bit pricey for it this year. I would ask him what is the least he could take for one, and look around for a better deal. Also, ask him if he does include any classes?
