I have a Viking SE. The older version of the Viking quilting table has a line of holes every 1/2" or so, in a line going out to the left of the needle. You place your fabric on the table, stick a push pin in the appropriate hole and sew away. the fabric pivots around the pin. You can sew circles from about 6 to 20 inches. it's basically that top unit, but built into my quilting extension. it works well, just need to sew slowly. You may need to stableize your fabric.
