I have been FMQ for years ... and I still took a class because you can learn so much. I agree with all who said practice, practice, practice. Slow hand, fast feet. I have done the puzzle pieces meandering, I have made loopy-loops, and a clam shell. I finished a quick quilt by running waving lines across the short length of the quilt.
