Janet, if you will cut your pcs just a smidge bigger, then do a scant 1/4" seam, that should work. I've had that problem before on certain patterns. It's not worth getting discouraged. I've experienced that lately in a couple blocks, after I cool down :lol: , I just cut another batch of pcs a little larger, then it works.. just an idea.
