I started a quilt before I got married 41 yrs. ago. It was a hand appliqued top of an American eagle with an elaborate border. I finished about 3/4ths of it and then my tastes changed. I am no longer into early American decor. I gave it to Goodwill last year along with threads, pieces to go, and binding. I hope it was a good find for someone.
I still have a quilt as you go Log Cabin I started about 30 yrs. ago. Do plan on finishing this one - some day.
