Also The weight of the cardboard I used is like a tissue box.Or the kind in a shirt.This weight of board seems to have just enough stiffness yet it gives a little to make the chair curve just slightly. Thanks Mary for the info. I've been saving all those fat quarter card board inserts from Joann's hoping to find something to use them for. I think those should work. I've got so many of them...lol I'm always saving things to recycle them.
