I had a friend that had her fabrics all displayed so lovely it was almost as though you were in the LQS. I admired it so much that I asked her how she accomplished this and she told me she had the fabric wrapped around boards. I assumed she meant those you purchase and wrap various cuts of fabric on, so I purchased some. When I told her, I found out what she was talking about were the bolts in the fabric store that they throw away. They give them to you free for the asking and all you do is cut them in half.
