That's the way I create, also. Gift giving is exciting to me and I am always planning on the next one that I will gift and to who will be the recipient of my next project.
My Mom always said, "How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time." So just take a little bitty bite and soon you'll have eaten an elephant. LOL
