I had that book and when downsizing things when we moved I "sold" it to Half-Price Books. You just can't keep everything. I never did make anything out of the book. I bought it from a book club when it was first published in 1986. I could always go up there and see if they still have it, they just might. I don't have the patience to make things like that, wish I did.
