It sounds like you have a good tech. to work on your machine. I had my machine 'cleaned' five times (Twice by tech #1, twice by tech #2, and once by tech #3) before the machine was working properly again. I was about to give up on Brother thinking it was the machine that was at fault. Now I've found a great shop with a super mechanic and wonderful teachers that offer all kinds of classes, plus it is a huge fabric store also. All kinds of ways for me to get into trouble!
