I am with you. I always started when my girls started school. Now that they are grown and we have 5 grandkiddos i started and I am finish buying I have two small quilt tops to quilt for the children then off to wrapping and I am finished. My best friend waits until the week before Christmas and wonders why she can't find things. LOL Maybe we can now donate some small quilt to the neonetal unit.
