I took your suggestion about the chocolate chips and it was awesome. I put the batter into a coffee mug and just dropped the chips on top, and they didn't sink. Talk about frosting on the cake. It was great. Next time, I will add a few nuts.
I almost forgot to say that I subbed 1 tablespoon of whipping cream for 1 tablespoon of water. Just made it a little richer and less healthy. lol
