There are 2, one is the cranberry orange relish made with jello, apples, orange, walnuts etc. and the second is one I found about 3 years ago. Roasted root vegetables, I use carrots, parsnips, beets, potatoes and turnips. The veggies are parboiled, then roasted with just a little salt, pepper, and olive oil till tender. It can be done day before and reheated in oven or microwave, and it is just as good 2nd day. Just dont dry the veggies out too much.
