I agree...why use any kind of thread to save $$$ when the Emb Machines are so costly these days...Putting a "off" thread on your machine is like putting Volks Wagon tires on a Cadilac...it won't get you very far......just start a stash just like you did with fabric....get a little at a time on sale and before you know it...you are all set..!!!! the Floridana is a great thread and Isocord is too.. And you can find them at lower prices on line.....Good luck !!!! And enjoy your Emb Machine....they are so much fun and you can do so many projects with one....
