My first consideration is lighting for work. I chose a nice yellow, not pale, but not bright. Just a smidge brighter than butter. If you also want bold, paint 3 walls in a light color that is conducive to reflecting working light and a 3rd wall that does not reflect on your main work areas a brighter bolder color. I see in your room that you have your frame set up against a wall with windows - perhaps that wall will be a good one for maybe red? The windows will provide the light you need.
