OK...I went back and read ALL the directions
... now that my 5.5 inch squares are already cut diagonally, it will be a little difficult, but not impossible to get the 5 1/8" measurement. Thanks for the help. If I ever get all the wing triangles done, then I can attach them to my newly cut red string triangles.
