I too, like the homemade more meaningful gifts. It shows you put a lot of thought and effort into each special gift. I always make some gifts from "Nana'a Boutique" and everyone seems thrilled to receive them. This year I did themed aprons for each girl, including our DGD which matched her mom's, plus a sewing pouch with all kinds of goodies included. My DD, who is on a tight budget, made all her gifts this year: homemade cocoa with homemade marshmallows, vanilla extract and vanilla sugar, and succulent terrariums for all the families. My son did a silhouette of our DGD for me, and my husband matted and framed a print for our son. We ALL get in the homemade mood and love it !
