I too have had a very bad experience with the Singer Company like Sewflower did. I bought a Futura all in one and had nothing but trouble with it. I would have to call every time I wanted to use then embroidey unit and spend anywhere from 1-2 hours on the phone with them to get it to work. As Sewflower stated they were rude and condescending to the point that they stated that it had to be me that was doing something wrong. I wish anyone luck and hope that you got a good machine if you purchased this one. Although HSN is a very reputable company I would not recommend Singer at all
