the one in portland sure looks like a 66 to me. along with he has a 201 manual, from what I have and seen singer used flowers for the decals until about 1900, somewhere in the 20's went the plain singer and scroll work . The crank is singer but no decals. it looks like a 7 diget serail number which would be correct for the yr listed.
